  • Detect and qualify the needs of Societe Generale business / partners 

  • Ensure synergies with other entities working on chatbots projects 

The story

  • YODA ( Your Own Digital Assistant) is a chatbot based on the transversal knowledge which has value  for all the Societe Generale collaborators

  • The content is from different BU / SUs and it is accessible through various internals portals

 
 

The results

  • 11 chatbots delivered 

  • 4559 users per month 

  • 57% satisfaction rate 

  • 2800 interactions per month 

My role 

  • Led the product lifecycle and business development of the internal chatbot ‘YODA – Your Own Digital Assistant’

  • Supporting the Head of CoE in setting up the Chatbot service offer

  • Reinforcement of the Chatbot Expertise Center’s project management and sales force

  • Maintained the product’s backlog through prioritization, wrote user stories for features optimization and monitored tests

  • Managed developers’ team of 10 persons in France and India

  • Conducted the business development of the service offer: +10 new clients in 6 departments
